Clam Soup

1 lb. Clams, cooked

2 Garlic cloves, crushed

1 Onion, chopped

3 Slices bacon in strips

2 Plantains, sliced

4 Cups water

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper


                    In a frying pan fry the bacon and in the same dripping sauté the onion. Add the calm, garlic, water cook over low heat approximately 10 minutes, add plantains, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

Rice With Tomato And cheese

1 lb. Rice, cooked

1 Cup pepper, chopped

5 Tablespoon butter

Salt and Pepper

½ Cup cheddar cheese, grated


               mix well ingredients, except the cheese, and put them in a butter baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 oven until lightly browned.
