Avocado Salad With Pineapple

Ingredients:

1 Ripe avocado

4 Slices pineapple, fresh or can

Washed lettuce leaves

6 Teaspoon olive oil

2 Teaspoon lemon juice

Salt, parsley to taste

Procedure:

               Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the pulp with a teaspoon. Cut the pulp into small pieces. Cut each slice of pineapple in a salad bowl. Make the dressing with the olive oil, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Beat with a fork and pour over the fruit. Line a dish with the lettuce leaves, and cover them with the contents of the bowl, and decorate with parsley.
