Homemade Bread
Ingredients:
1 ¾ Cups all purpose flour
½ Teaspoon salt
1 Leveled dried yeast
2/3 Cup lukewarm water
Procedure:
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the center. Pour the yeast into the center and mix until it forms a ball. Knead well. The dough should not stick to your fingers. Cover the bowl with a damp dish cloth and allow to rise in a warm place. After an hour the dough should have doubled in size. Knead the dough again and press into a long shape. Grease a baking sheet and turn the oven on to 375. Put the dough on the sheet and score with a knife. Let stand for 30 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes.
